As part of our regular maintenance window, Atheral will make significant changes to our IND node.
We have outgrown our current rack at the Lifeline Eastgate data center and will be relocating to a new rack within the same facility. This move will require an extended outage as we physically relocate our servers and reestablish our upstream connections.
To ensure a smooth upgrade and minimize disruption, the Indianapolis node will temporarily respond with an SIP 503 message to all INVITE and Registration requests starting at 10 p.m. Eastern. This action will gracefully remove it from our voice-switching cluster, and all voice traffic will automatically reroute through our Dallas (DFW) and Denver (DEN) nodes.
If your branded portal is hosted in Indianapolis, we recommend using https://phones.atheral.com for uninterrupted access to the web portal during this maintenance period.
