As part of our commitment to the stability and reliability of our core services, we will be taking our Denver (DEN) node offline to add additional servers and update the supporting hardware.

To ensure a smooth upgrade and minimize disruption, the DEN node will temporarily respond with an SIP 503 message to all INVITE and Registration requests starting at 10 p.m. Mountain. This action will gracefully remove it from our voice-switching cluster, and all voice traffic will automatically reroute through our Indianapolis (IND) and San Antonio (SAT) nodes.
