As part of our ongoing commitment to improving voice services, Atheral will be upgrading the switching and routing infrastructure in our Denver node during an upcoming maintenance window.

To ensure a smooth upgrade and minimize disruption, the Denver node will temporarily respond with a SIP 503 message to all INVITE and Registration requests. This action will gracefully remove it from our voice-switching cluster, and all voice traffic will automatically reroute through our Dallas (DFW) and Indianapolis (IND) nodes.

If your branded portal is hosted in Denver, we recommend using https://phones.atheral.com for uninterrupted access to the web portal during this maintenance period.
