As part of our regular maintenance window, Atheral will deploy a required platform update that includes critical bug fixes, quality-of-life improvements, and exciting new features. This update also lays the foundation for significant upcoming service enhancements.
What’s Included in This Update: • 58% Bug Fixes • 15% Quality-of-Life Improvements • 22% New Features
This update is essential as we begin rolling out: • Premium Video Services • Call Transcription with Sentiment Analysis
Additionally, we’re excited to introduce our new brand: Skyetap — a modern, flexible branding option that can be used as a generic alternative for partner services. As part of this transition: • We’ll be launching Skyetap Mobile, a branded version of SNAPmobile • We’ll begin phasing out the “SNAP” naming convention across our platforms
Maintenance Details:
Each node will be upgraded one at a time, with traffic routed to the other two nodes during the process. We do not expect any impact to live traffic or overall platform utilization.
However, your branded portal may be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window. One of the following Atheral-branded portals will always be available: • core01-den.atheral.com • core01-dfw.atheral.com • core01-ind.atheral.com
